It’s a bank holiday Monday here in Ireland. I was debating whether or not to write a blog post today. Even though this is not my “job”, I was unsure if I should treat it as such. Long story short, I took most of the day off, and it’s now 5 pm. For continuity’s sake, I decided I would at least post something. Something is better than nothing, as the old saying goes.

I did a thing yesterday. I finally revealed my voiceover demo reel to the world. You can listen to the YouTube video here. There is also a section on this website for that sort of thing. You can find it above. I decided to upload to YouTube to feel like a YouTuber again. I never was a YouTuber, but I uploaded videos many moons ago. Those videos are long gone, so don’t bother going snooping. I have no idea if it will amount to anything, but it exists now.

I changed the colour of my Microsoft word, and I love it. It’s now a kind of grey. It is easier on the eyes. Nobody else will see it, but I just thought I would share. Is it obvious I don’t know what today’s blog will be about? It was only on my walk earlier that I decided to write one. I must like it.

Friday’s blog will be an update on all the writings goings on I have. I am excited to share, not just because it feels good but also for accountability. As a guy who reads a lot about habits and self-improvement, I know accountability is vital.

I hope you enjoyed your bank holiday. I know I did. I reached my steps goal for the day. That’s always a nice feeling. I may have negated all the exercise entirely by having a battered sausage and chips for lunch, but nobody’s perfect.
