New paint job

Here’s a question for you this Monday evening: how long have you put things off that you have been meaning to do? I guess that if you’re human (and honest) you’ll say, “a lot of the time.” This silly little blog of mine has been hosted on this silly little website of mine for a while now. When I first set it up, I didn’t think too much about the look of the website. I just wanted somewhere to host my creative endeavours for the world to see. So, I just picked any old colour theme and left it at that. That was the old theme. You will notice that things look a bit different around here. For the better, I think.

I finally sat down recently and changed things up. Looking back, I didn’t realize how much the last colour scheme was so grating to me. I didn’t like it at all. Now, I think things look a lot more pleasing to the eye. It has been such a simple, but effective move, if you ask me. Things are brighter. I hope you like it too.

Secondly, on this little website update of mine, you’ll notice a bit of a layout change. One thing I have always wanted to do was organize my blog, so it is easier to navigate. That has proven to be more difficult than I thought. But here is a start. The latest two blogs on here will be side to side. I think it’s much better than having to scroll on and on through all the disorganization. There have been little touches here and there too. This is all still just a work in progress. I have other tasks I need to get to. This is only the tip of the procrastination iceberg.
